Corn Spinach with Corn Teeth

This delicious recipe of creamy spinach with corn kernels is simple and perfect as a garnish or to eat solitaire. Prepraralas and accompany a rich dish of meat or chicken. You will not regret.

Ingredients

  • 3 bunches of spinach
  • 250 grams of corn on the grain
  • 250 milliliters of cream
  • 2 teaspoons of Butter
  • 2 cloves of Garlic
  • to taste of onion
  • to taste of salt and pepper

    Preparation

    Heat a pan with butter, sauté onion and garlic.
    Once the onion is soft add the spinach and cover for 3 min until the preparation is dehydrated a little.
    Add the corn kernels until they are incorporated with the spinach. Salpimenta to taste.
    Once incorporated and cooked all, uncover until the liquid evaporates a little. It serves.
