Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 jet olive oil
  • 1 stick onion, finely chopped
  • 1 stick red pepper, seedless and chopped
  • 2 drizzle garlic, chopped
  • 1 jet cumin, powdered
  • 1 jet oregano, powdered
  • 4 glasses chicken broth
  • 2 jets chipotle chile, chopped
  • 1/2 glasses tomtato, fresh chopped
  • 1 jet fresh coriander, fresh chopped
  • 1/2 glasses cream
  • 1/4 jets salt
  • totopo Milpa Real
  • 1 cup pinto bean, previously cooked

Preparation

Heat the oil in a large pot and cook the onion and peppers there until golden brown, approx. 10 minutes.
Add the garlic, cumin, and oregano and cook for 1 more minute.
Add the broth, beans, chili and cook until it starts to boil. Lower the heat and cook for 20 minutes. Remove from heat.
Blend half the soup and return to the pot. Reheat and serve.

PRESENTATION

Serve the soup with a spoonful of cream and a little coriander, fresh tomato and tortilla chips on top.
