Nothing is better than a warm soup like the one that grandmothers use to prepare! This is the flavor you will get with this recipe for chicken and pasta soup that is nutritious and also an easy recipe for any time, even when you have a cold.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 8 cups Water
  • 1 chicken breast, with skin and bone
  • 1 tablespoon fresh coriander
  • 1 leave bay (laurel)
  • 1 branch celery, in pieces
  • 1/2 onions
  • 1 head garlic
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 4 tablespoons oil
  • 200 grams noodle
  • 1 cup broccoli, cut into small trees
  • 1 cup chayote squash, cut into cubes
  • 1 cup pumpkin, cut in cubes
  • enough avocado, To accompany

Preparation

Heat the water in a pot and cook the chicken breast with the cilantro, bay leaf, celery, onion and garlic until the chicken is cooked. Season with salt, strain the chicken broth and reserve. Discard the chicken breast.
In a saucepan over medium heat, heat the oil and fry the noodles until they change color slightly, add the broth, the chicken, the broccoli, the chayotes, the squash, cook for 10 more minutes or until the noodle is soft and the cooked vegetables.
Serve hot, decorate with avocado and accompany with lemon.

PRESENTATION

On a plate, accompanied by slices of avocado.

TIPS

Do not overcook the vegetables, otherwise they will be watery.

Pésima la receta. Seguí las instrucciones y quedó incomible la sopa. Hay que sofreir la cebolla y el ajo primero. Tuve que hacer milagros para salvar la comida que tenía demasiado fuertor a cebolla.
