Heat the beef stock with 2 cups of water in an Express® Pressure Cooker over high heat. As soon as it is boiled, turn off the beans and add the beans, bacon, salt and pepper. Let stand for one hour.
Close the Express® Pressure Cooker and add the pressure regulator, place it on the stove with a high flame, when the steam goes out, reduce the flame to medium and start counting the cooking time, which will be 20 minutes.

In a pan over medium heat heat the olive oil and fry the onion and garlic. Add the carrot, zucchini, green beans, tomato puree and oregano.
Add this mixture to the beans and heat until it boils. Add the pasta and cook for 5 more minutes, until the pasta is cooked.
Try the soup and rectify the seasoning. Accompany with sliced ​​bread and grated cheese.
