The Protein Diet

Some nutritionists recommend following a diet primarily based on proteins; however, contrary to what one might think, these should come from animal sources and not from cereals. Step by Step

The consumption of large amounts of protein mobilizes fat deposits and suppresses appetite. Therefore, for this diet, you should include plenty of beef (but only grilled or baked).

On another day, instead of meat, opt for fish or seafood (grilled or baked).

You should complement the main meal with one or two servings of fresh or cooked vegetables: Swiss chard, watercress, cabbage, spinach, or lettuce.
