If you like coffee, you can't miss this vanilla coffee recipe with a touch of chocolate and very creamy milk, enjoy it warm! Although coffee is a very popular drink in Mexico, everyone enjoys it differently, as some people drink it black and unsweetened, while others drink it with milk, cream, or other ingredients.

Preparation
Heat the water over medium heat, add the chocolate and boil for about 5 minutes, until the chocolate dissolves. Then add the freshly ground coffee, cover, and remove from heat. Let it sit for 2 minutes, strain, and set aside.
In a pot over medium heat, heat the milk, evaporated milk, heavy cream, vanilla, and nutmeg for 5 minutes, then remove from heat.
Pour into a thick glass with a lid and shake vigorously to create foam.
Pour the milk into a cup and then add the shot of coffee. Enjoy.
Presentation
Enjoy the coffee on its own, accompanied by bread or with your favorite breakfast.
Tips
You can use a French press to create the milk foam, it works very well too.
