Ingredients

15 servings
  • 250 grams of flour sifted three times
  • 259 grams of Butter
  • 1 1/2 cups of sugar
  • 2 teaspoons of vanilla
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 Cup of evaporated milk
  • 150 grams of nut finely chopped
  • 2 teaspoons of royal baking powder

    Preparation

    Beat the butter with a blender at room temperature until it softens and whitens.
    While stirring, add sugar little by little.
    Add only the yolks of the four eggs and the vanilla, continue beating.
    Add little by little the previously sieved flour with the royal and alternating with the milk, continue stirring.
