Ingredients: 2 cups corn masa flour; 1/4 cups wheat flour; 1/8 cups vegetable oil; 1/4 cups water; 1/4 teaspoons salt; 1 tablespoon REXAL® baking powder; 2 cups vegetable oil, for frying; 2 cups chicken tinga; 2 avocados, for the guacamole; 1/4 onions, for the guacamole; 1 clove garlic; 4 serrano chiles; 2 tablespoons lime juice; salt; lettuce, for serving

For the dough, in a bowl add the corn flour, wheat flour, oil, water, salt, Rexal® baking powder and knead until you obtain a homogeneous consistency. Let it rest for 10 minutes and set aside. In a deep skillet, heat the oil over medium heat. Meanwhile, using a tortilla press, make a ball of dough and press to form a tortilla, add a little tinga, close and fry for 5 minutes. Drain on paper towels and set aside.
