  • 125 grams of refined sugar
  • 1 teaspoonful of vanilla essence

    Preparation

    Preheat the oven to 150 ° C. Cover a baking sheet with waxed paper.

    Gradually add the sugar until it feels soft to the touch.

    PRESENTATION

    TIPS

    You can change the vanilla for two teaspoons of soluble coffee or 1 and 1/2 tablespoon of cocoa.
