Easy to make and delicious baby meringues. They are very tasty meringues but cooked in a small size to make them bite-sized and not crumble. If you want, you can make them a little larger.
You can serve them individually or you can pair them to make sandwiches, just add melted white or dark chocolate to stick them together and then let them cool.
Tips
You can substitute the vanilla with two teaspoons of instant coffee or 1 and 1/2 tablespoons of cocoa.
