Ingredients

6 portions
  • 6 green apples
  • 1 cup whipping cream
  • 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1/2 cups walnut, in pieces
  • 1/2 tablespoons cinnamon
  • 1/2 tablespoons ginger
  • 1 tablespoon butter

Preparation

Pre warm the oven to 220 degrees Celsius.
Wash, peel remove the center of the 6 apples. Put on a baking sheet and sprinkle with cinnamon and ginger. Bake for 45 minutes or until lightly browned.
In a pan, melt the butter and add the sugar. Cook on low heat for 2-3 minutes, not allowing the sugar to burn, and add the whipping cream. Mix with a balloon whisk and continue cooking for 2-3 minutes, remove from the oven.
When the apples are placed on the dessert plates and add 1 tablespoon of the caramel sauce. Over it add 1 tablespoon of walnut and serve.

PRESENTATION

You can decorate the dishes with caramel sauce and / or whipped cream.
