Preheat the oven to 180°C. Melt the chocolate and butter in the microwave for 1 minute, mix and reheat until the butter and chocolate are fully integrated and melted. Pour the chocolate mixture into a blender and add the eggs, walnuts, and sugar. Blend until all ingredients are incorporated. Pour the mixture into a greased round metal mold (approximately 17 cm). Bake for 40 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Whip the cream with 1 tablespoon of powdered sugar and 1 teaspoon of vanilla. Unmold the cake and drizzle with the Sweet and Sour Blackberry and Chipotle Sauce from Cocina Mestiza to taste.
