Ingredients

8 portions
  • 1 jar sauce, Bittersweet Zarzamora with Chipotle Mixed Kitchen®
  • 120 grams bitter chocolate
  • 90 grams butter, at room temperature
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 cup walnut
  • 3/4 cups sugar
  • 1/2 liters whipping cream

Preparation

Preheat oven to 180 ° C.
Melt the chocolate and butter in the microwave for 1 minute, mix and reheat until the butter and chocolate are completely melted and completely melted.
Pour the chocolate mixture in a blender and add the eggs, the nut and the sugar. Grind until all the ingredients are incorporated.
Pour the mixture into a round metal mold (17 cms.) Greased with butter.
