The impossible cake, sometimes known as diplomatic cake, chocoflan or pastiflan is really delicious and impressive !! The flan goes up a chocolate cake and everything is covered in a little cajeta decorated with nuts.

Preparation
Preheat the oven to 190 degrees.
Grease a 20-centimeter mold.
Prepare the cake, mix the sugar, flour, cocoa powder, salt, baking soda and baking powder.
In another container mix milk with lemon drops, vegetable oil, egg and vanilla extract.
Add the milk mixture to the flour mixture and stir until well blended. Put in the greased cake mold.
In another bowl, mix the evaporated milk, condensed milk, eggs, vanilla, and salt in a blender. Beat until well blended and put on top of cake batter in the pan carefully.
Cover the mold with aluminum foil and place on top of a pyrex filled with hot water (that reaches half of the sides).
Bake for 50 minutes until a stick comes out clean.
Remove the cake from oven and let cool for 4 hours or refrigerated for 1 night.
To unmold, place a hot knife around the edge and place a plate on top of the mold (face down).
Quickly turn the cake over the plate and decorate with toasted nuts and a little more hot cajeta if you wish.
