It is an exquisite Italian dessert and you can impress with the presentation as I indicate.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 liter whipping cream
  • 2 envelopes gelatin
  • 3 tablespoons Water
  • 3 tablespoons liquid vanilla
  • 1/4 cups sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups fresh berries
  • 1/3 packages red fruit jelly
  • 1/4 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Preparation

Prepare the gelatin of red fruits as indicated in the wrap and pour in a bowl with 1/2 cup of red fruits and refrigerate for 2 hours.
In another dish heat the cream with 1/4 of sugar and vanilla until it boils while mixing so that it does not stick.
To hydrate the grenetina in the cold water and to dissolve to add it to the cream and to continue mixing until it is dissolved perfectly.
In the source in which we previously made the fruit jelly, it should be curdled and there we pour the cream and refrigerate until it sets.
Coulis: In a frying pan over low heat add the remaining red fruits (take a few to decorate), sugar impalpable and lemon juice. Bring to a boil for 5 min.
Strain in a sieve pressing with a fork to get the juice very well.
Unmold and make a mirror of coulis, place some red fruits on one side and some mint leaves.

PRESENTATION
