Soak the gelatin in ¼ cup of cold water for 10 minutes. Add ½ cup of hot water. Add all the ingredients to the blender and blend until you have a homogeneous mixture. Pour into a gelatin mold and place it in the refrigerator for 45 minutes or until set. Unmold the gelatin onto a nice plate.
