Ingredients

8 portions
  • 4 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1 1/2 cups butter
  • 1 1/4 cups sugar
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 4 1/2 tablespoons cocoa, for the chocolate mix
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons sugar, for the chocolate mix
  • 1/4 cups milk, for the chocolate mix
  • 1 cup chocolate, melted
  • 1/2 cups White chocolate, lined

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
In a bowl mix flour with salt and baking powder. Reserve.
Beat the butter with the sugar, add the eggs and the vanilla essence one by one. Add the powders alternated with milk, beat until integrated. Reserve.
Divide the mixture in two parts to one part add the cocoa, sugar and milk, beat until integrating.
Pour each of the mixtures into pastry and reserve sleeves.
Pour into the center of a mold, previously floured and greased, a little of the vanilla mixture, on top add chocolate mixture. Repeat alternating, until finishing with the mixtures.
Bake for 40 min. Let cool and unmold.
Decorate with melted chocolate and chocolate shavings.

PRESENTATION

Cover with chocolate and white chocolate shavings.

TIPS

At the moment of adding the mixture try that each flavor is at the center of the pancake, in this way you will get the layers defined.
