Preparation
Mix the chamoy (reserve a bit to use as a sauce), tamarind and miguelito, to form a paste. Refrigerate.
Form thin circles
Cut the cucumber, carrot, and jicama. Place in the tamarind circle, add peanuts, and bathe with the miguelito.
Mount on a plate as if they were tacos.
