Camembert cheese is one of our favorites, and without a doubt this recipe will not be the exception to enjoy an exquisite combination, with the subtle, but aromatic flavor of butter and rosemary. It is the best combination between two exquisite slices of multigrain bread.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 90 grams butter, at room temperature
  • 2 tablespoons rosemary, finely chopped
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch black pepper
  • 8 slices Multigrain Oroweat® Bread
  • 250 grams Camembert cheese

Preparation

In a bowl, add the butter with a spatula, add rosemary, season with salt and pepper. Reservation.
Spread some butter in the slices of Oroweat® Multigrain Pan and place on a hot grill. Cook until golden brown and crunchy.
Spread with apricot jam, add camembert cheese and tapa.
