Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1/4 cans sardine
  • 4 tomatoes
  • 4 eggs
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • to taste dressing, green
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • to taste spice
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 8 slices bread
  • 1 pinch salt

Preparation

Wash tomatoes and green dressings.
Add 1 clove of garlic, the sardine, the eggs, the tomatoes and the dressing in the blender. (Except the parsley) season with the spices and proceed to liquefy.
In a pan, heat the oil, empty the previous mixture and cook for 5 minutes or until the egg has taken consistency.
For the garlic: peel the garlic, grind and fry them with the butter, a pinch of salt and the parsley. Spread the bread and serve with the mojito.
