Cooking fish was never as simple as preparing this recipe for Huachinango in Mango sauce, which is an ideal option for summer or when you want to cook something simple but delicious. For this recipe with fish, you can use red snapper or some other fish cut that you like. Do not forget to serve glazed with vegetables or fresh salad and the creamy mango sauce.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 2 cups mango, in cubes
  • 190 grams cream cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup chicken soup
  • 1/2 cups honey
  • 2 tablespoons mustard
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • enough salt
  • enough black pepper
  • 4 red snapper fillets, 200 c/u
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 4 teaspoons dill, dry
  • 4 teaspoons yellow lemon
  • enough parsley, to decorate
  • enough mango, cut into cubes, to decorate

Preparation

To cook this recipe for Huachinango in Mango sauce, begin by liquefying mango with cream cheese, sour cream, chicken broth, honey, mustard, onion powder, salt, pepper.
In a saucepan over medium heat, cook the sauce until it is thick, about 5 minutes.
Varnish the fish with butter and season with dill, salt, pepper and yellow lemon zest.
In a non-stick pan cook the fish and cover to preserve the juices.
Serve the sauce on a plate, place the fish, decorate with mango cubes and parsley.

PRESENTATION

Serve the fish with the mango sauce and serve with a fresh salad.

TIPS

You can use the fish that you like the most, as well as make it in the pan or in the oven.
