Oriental Noodles with Shrimp

Delicious oriental noodles with a soy sauce and honey accompanied by roasted shrimp.

Ingredients

  • 180 grams of oriental tallarin (soba)
  • 1/4 of Cup of vegetable oil
  • 3 spoonfuls of soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of honey
  • 2 pieces of Garlic finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon zest
  • 2 spoonfuls of lemon juice
  • 3 spoonfuls of chives chopped
  • 1/4 of Cup of coriander chopped fresh
  • 1/4 of tablespoon of Red pepper
  • lemons to accompany when serving
  • 500 grams of shrimp medium peeled and deveined
  • 1 Cup of pepper yellow and red, in strips

    Preparation

    Boil a large pot with plenty of water. Add the noodles and cook for 4 minutes or until tender. Strain them to remove the water and place them in a bowl.
    In a bowl mix 2 tablespoons of oil, soy sauce, and honey. Mix this dressing with the noodles.
    In a pan heat 1 tablespoon of the oil and cook the garlic over medium heat for 2 minutes.
    Grease a pan. Stir fry the peppers. In a bowl mix the lemon zest, the juice and 1 tablespoon of oil. Mix this dressing with the shrimp and season with salt. Cook in the pan approximately 2 minutes on each side.

    PRESENTATION

    To serve accommodate the noodles, sprinkle with green onions, cilantro, pepper and golden garlic. Place the shrimp on top. Serve with the lemon on one side.
