Preparation
Mix shrimp with Knorr® Chicken Flavored Broth, green onions, lemon juice and pepper.
Melt 2 tablespoons Shedd's Spread Country Crock® Spread in a 12-inch skillet over medium-high heat and fry seasoned shrimp, turning once, for three minutes or until pink. Remove the pan from the heat and add the tequila. Carefully flaunt the tequila with a long match. Flame the shrimp for 10 seconds and then cover the pan to extinguish the flame. Add the cream. Sprinkle with chili powder and, if desired, serve with seasoned rice *.
* Seasoned Rice: Boil 4 cups of water, 2 cups of rice, 2 chopped serrano peppers and one tablespoon of Knorr® Chicken Flavored Broth over high heat in a three-liter saucepan. Lower to medium heat, cover and cook for 20 minutes or until the rice is soft. Sponge the rice with a fork and add 1/4 cup of chopped cilantro and 1/8 teaspoon of black pepper.
