Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 can Asparagus cream
  • 150 grams white goat cheese
  • 6 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch black pepper
  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1 twig parsley

Preparation

In a bowl, mix the goat cheese with some pinches of black pepper and add the finely chopped parsley. It forms big balls.
Cut the chicken breasts into thick strips and season with salt and pepper.
Roll the balls of goat cheese with the strips of chicken breast, you can lean on a toothpick to make the chicken stay in place.
Add the olive oil to a pan and cook the chicken rolls. Turn the rolls until they are lightly browned.
Prepare the asparagus cream and serve a light mirror on a slightly deep dish. Add the chicken and goat cheese rolls.

TIPS
