Ingredients

4 portions
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1/2 white onions
  • 1 clove garlic, filleted
  • 4 poblano peppers, roasted, deveined and in slices
  • 1 Cube Knorr® Switzerland Chicken Broth
  • 1/2 cups whole kernel corn, Cooked
  • 1 cup cream, reduced in fat

Preparation

Heat the oil in an extended pot and fry the onion with the garlic until it is soft and transparent.
Add the chili slices, the cube of Knorr® Swiss Chicken Broth and the corn grains, cook for 5 minutes over medium heat, stirring from time to time.
Reduce the heat to a minimum, add the cream, mix and let cook for 5 more minutes.
To serve.
