Cook the couscous package as instructed on the package. Remove the core from the tomatoes and scoop out all the pulp inside, being careful not to break them. Let the tomatoes dry and sprinkle a little salt on them. Remove all the leftover pulp pieces and chop them into small pieces. Leave out all the seeds and water from the tomatoes.
