These delicious gratin potatoes are perfect as an accompaniment to any main course. They have a crispy touch of bacon and delicious chopped scallions that give it an unparalleled flavor.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1/2 cups bacon, finely chopped
  • 2 cans potato, in Del Monte® cubes (430g each)
  • 2 tablespoons fresh chives
  • 1 cup whipping cream
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 1/2 cups Manchego cheese, grated

Preparation

Preheat the electric oven to medium temperature.
In a pan over high heat, fry the bacon . Drain on absorbent paper.
In the same pan, remove the excess fat and cook the potatoes until they take a little color.
In a refractory oven, place the potatoes, the bacon, the scallion and the pepper. Mix with the cream and sprinkle the cheese.
Bake for 5 minutes or until the cheese is gratinated. Serve immediately.

PRESENTATION

Serve with grilled meat or chicken.

TIPS

If you do not have an electric oven, use a conventional oven at 200 ° C, or microwave for 30 seconds.
