Preparation
In a pot mix the carrot, chicken stock, thyme and garlic and cook over high heat until it boils.
Lower the heat, cover the pot and cook for 10 minutes.
Blend the soup little by little until it is well ground.
Add the flour to the pot and add the milk little by little. Now add the carrot and thyme and cook until it boils.
Remove from heat and mix butter and season with salt. It serves.
