Ingredients

2 portions
  • 1 cup yogurt, without sugar or sweeteners
  • 1 banana
  • 2 tablespoons sugar, or an envelope of Splenda
  • 1 pinch cardamom powder
  • 1 cup ice
  • to taste cinnamon

Preparation

Blend the ingredients until the ice is completely mixed with the banana and yoghurt.
Serve cold.
If desired, sprinkle cinnamon at the time of serving.

PRESENTATION

Serve in tall glasses with straw.

TIPS

You can change or combine the fruits. If desired, a cup of ligth milk may be used instead of one of the cups of yogurt.
