This veggie wrap is the best lunch to take to school or work, besides being nutritious it is extremely delicious with its exquisite jalapeño hummus, capers and chia, which give it an incredible and very balanced flavor.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 cucumber, cut into strips
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, cut into strips
  • 1 cup mushroom, cut into slices
  • 3 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 3 tablespoons sesame seed
  • 1 package Pan Pita Taquero Libanius®
  • 1 Hummus of Jalapeño, Capers and Chia Libanius®
  • 4 leaves lettuce
  • 1/2 red onions, cut into slices
  • to taste salt and pepper

Preparation

In a bowl mix the cucumber, red pepper, mushrooms, purple onion, add sesame oil and sesame, season with salt and pepper. Reservation.
On the Pita Taquero Bread Libanius® spreads the Hummus of Jalapeño, Capers and Chia Libanius®, place a leaf of lettuce and add the vegetables, roll it up.
On a grill over medium heat heat the wrap 2 minutes on one side and 2 minutes on the other side.
