Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 Cube Knorr® Chicken Broth
  • 500 grams Pork Meat, pulp, cut into pieces
  • 4 tablespoons oil
  • 4 pasilla chili peppers
  • 3 tablespoons roasted peanuts, without salt and without skin

Preparation

Soak the chile pasilla in 1 cup of hot water until it is soft.
In a saucepan with hot oil, fry the meat to golden brown.
Blend the chilies with the peanuts and the water where they were soaked.
Empty the previous sauce in the pot of the meat, season with the cube of Knorr® Switzerland Chicken Broth and let it cook until the meat is soft.
Add up to 1 more cup of water to prevent the sauce from drying out excessively.
