Preparation
Heat the water in a medium pot over high heat and when it is boiling add the Penne Delimaize® pasta and cook for 10 minutes or until it is al dente. Drain and reserve.
Heat the 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Sauté the garlic and tomato for 5 minutes, salt and pepper and add the bay leaves and thyme. Cook for 2 more minutes and reserve.
Cut the trunk to the portobello and chop it in cubes.
Sauté onion and garlic until it changes color, add the mushrooms and the logs of the portobello, sprinkle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
Fill the portobello with the previous mixture and place the sliced cheese on top. Bake at 180 ° C for 10 min.
Add the cooked pasta to the pomodoro mixture and serve. Place a portobello over the pasta.
