Preparation
Thoroughly wash the potatoes peel and cut them into small pieces and put them in the plastic bag (or lining them individually in self-adhesive plastic) and put them in the microwave at high temperature for 10 minutes.
Remove the potatoes from the bag, place them in a deep bowl and add the butter, mash the potatoes with a fork or a potato masher, add the salt and pepper milk and mix well.
