The chile con carne is a dish typical of northern Mexico. The recipe for chili con carne is ground beef with beans, chili, spices and beer. This recipe is perfect for a night of men.

Ingredients

8 servings
  • 2 kilos of ground beef
  • 1 tablespoon of cumin
  • 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
  • 1 kilo of onion finely chopped
  • 500 grams of red pepper chopped
  • 500 grams of yellow bell pepper chopped
  • 2 jalapeno Peppers chopped
  • 7 tablespoons of chile piquín powder
  • 2 tablespoons of chipotle chili Canned
  • 2 Canned tomatoes chopped
  • 2 cans of pinto beans large cans
  • 1 bottle of dark beer
  • sour creams
  • yellow cheeses
  • chives chopped

Preparation

In a large pot, cook the ground meat until lightly cooked, about 8 minutes.
Heat the oil in a skillet over medium heat and brown the onion, peppers and jalapeños. Cook for 10 minutes.
Add the onion mixture to the meat pot and mix.
Add all the spices and chiles and mix, cook over medium heat.
Add the tomatoes, beans and beer and cook until it boils. Reduce to a low heat and continue cooking for 20 minutes.
Season with salt and pepper and serve.

PRESENTATION

Serve the chili with sour cream, yellow cheese and chopped chives.

Excelente idea :) el comino le da un sabor perfecto. Yo le puse un poco de chile de árbol para darle más sabor.
