Ingredients

10 portions
  • 60 tortellini, whites
  • 60 tortellini, green
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 20 artichoke hearts, marinated, drained
  • 1 cup pitted black olive, drained
  • 1 cup dehydrated tomato, in oil
  • to taste basil leaf
  • 20 chopsticks, 20 or 25 cms long

Preparation

Cook the pasta in salted water according to the package, drain and put olive oil and let cool.
