Preparation
Melt chocolates in a bain-marie or microwave.
Place some of the melted chocolate in the coolers and take to the freezer for 5 minutes.
Remove from the freezer and fill with the dulce de leche or hazelnut cream.
Pour chocolate up and put in the refrigerator 2 hours 30 mins approximately.
Decorate to taste.
