Caldillo rich in nutrients as it carries meat and vegetables, forming a complete dish that your family will love. It is a very simple recipe to prepare and has a great taste. You can accompany it with a little bread.

Ingredients

5 portions
  • 500 grams ground beef
  • 1 carrot, chopped in small squares
  • 1 leave bay (laurel)
  • 1 Cube chicken consommé
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 1 red bell pepper, Julian cut
  • 1 green bell pepper, Julian cut
  • 1 onion, Julian cut
  • 2 jalapeno Peppers, seedless, julienne cut
  • 2 serrano peppers, without seeds and in julienne cut
  • 1 tomato, in cubes
  • 1 garlic, finely chopped

Preparation

Put the ground meat in a pot with enough water to cook with the knorr box the carrot, the bay leaf, the finely chopped onion and salt approximately 25 minutes.
Once the other ingredients have been cut, fry the peppers with the onion for 10 minutes.
Add the two chiles together with the garlic and fry 5 more minutes.
Add the tomato and fry 5 more minutes.
After this is cooked, the meat is combined and left for 10 minutes and ready to serve.

TIPS

To make the dish in less time when you have the meat cooking you can fry the rest.
